As a Transaction Coordinator for the team, I help ensure every transaction moves smoothly from contract to close with organization, clear communication, and attention to detail. With years of experience in real estate operations and managing thousands of transactions, I focus on keeping files organized, deadlines on track, and clients and agents informed every step of the way.

A big part of my role includes preparing and managing contracts, reviewing paperwork, and coordinating the many moving pieces that go into each transaction. I work proactively to anticipate potential issues, maintain compliance, and make sure every detail is handled carefully so the process feels seamless for everyone involved.

I’m especially passionate about the systems and structure that help transactions run efficiently behind the scenes. From keeping timelines organized to ensuring documents are thorough and accurate, I enjoy creating clarity and confidence throughout the process. Being able to support our team while helping clients feel informed and well-guided from start to finish is one of the things I enjoy most about my role.
